    Hi all, the JotForm!

    I'm also experiencing this problem. I've received several times the confirmation email to reset password, but when access the main page this appears error, I type the new password and confirm and soon I'll reset it appears again. Please help me!

    Are you getting the same error number?

    If that is the case, it is most likely related to a down time in our servers. Please allow 30 minutes and send to yourself a password reset . Clear your browser cache as well before to log back in
