Form won’t submit on Instagram browser when pic is uploaded

Hi!
when filling out my form on the Instagram web browser, once people upload a picture file, it circles back around to the first page and won’t submit. It only submits if a picture isn’t uploaded. It works fine in a regular mobile web browser. My concern is that people are thinking the form is broken and then just not submitting it when filling out Instagram. Is there any way to fix this for the Instagram browser?

In the meantime, you can ask users to switch to an external browser from the Instagram in-app browser.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We have heard back from our developers. It seems the issue is related to Instagram. Not only Jotform but also other websites get refreshed if you upload a file on the Instagram browser. File uploads work in other in-app browsers ex: discord. Our developers are still looking into this and they'll update you if they find a temporary solution.
