Getting 'spam' submissions on a jotform

    Hello,

I received instructions to add "captcha" and "required" to fields on our form, regarding our report of spam attack.

I added them yesterday but the spams are still showing up in our email.  How long will it take for this to go in full effect?  There aren't as many but they are still triggering in.  Please advise.  Thanks.

I think that someone placed a link to your 'free-redemsong-pen' page on some resource about a free stuff on the internet (example: freestuff.com). It means that your form is being submitted by real people.

Since we can not block the access to the form based on a IP range or a region, you will need to find out some solution on your end. For example, you can ask your website administrator or hosting provider to limit the access to your site for specific regions.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
