I want to give access in an another account to see the submissions of a form and the other user can edit and download it in pdf. How can i do that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you wish to give access to your whole submissions of a form, please follow the steps below:

1. In Jotform Table, click on the Share button at the top right
2. In Share prompt, click the Copy Link button or entered email address under Invite by Email.

If your Table is currently a Private Table, your colleague will need a Jotform account in order to access it. If your Table is currently Public Table, then a link to your Tables is enough, but please note that Public Table can't be edited.

If you wish to share your PDF document as well, please follow the steps below:

1. In PDF Editor, click the Share in the header section.
   
2. In Share prompt, select the PDF Document you would like to allow access to, then click on Invitation Link.
