How to auto-populate information from one field into my HTML form "Full Name"

    I would like to have the person filling out the form to only put their name in one time and it will auto-populate into the other Name fields.

    It seems that you have already figured it out by adding conditions. As I checked the form, the form fields are updating automatically when the first fields are being filled. Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need further assistance.

    It would be awesome if this could be elaborated on as I am looking to add the same functionality to a form that I am currently working on. Just a nudge in the right direction :)
