How can I get an option to disappear after it has been selected so many times?

So we do events and meetings. On some of our questions, we may have a limited number of options that attendees can pick. Say we are having a meeting and there are several different break out sessions they can choose from, but we want to limit each session to 50 people. Once a session has been chosen in our form 50 times, how can we ensure that it will then be removed from our form?

    Hi,

I think the best solution for this is to use the Gift Registry Widget

    Check it here  http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry

What this widget does is, it allows you to add options in your jotform that can have a limited number of selection until all the selection is used up. When used up, it simply disable the option it is no longer available for selection.

So, in your case, you can just assign 50 as the limit for each option

Here is a demo jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41825991521963

Hope this help. Inform us if you need more assistance.

    Thanks!
