I'm still having issues with the Conditional Fields that I didn't have before.
If I choose to show a field based upon the widget answer, it's not showing the field answer area. For instance, if my user answers YES with the widget it should show 3 questions (that are otherwise hidden) but when you choose YES with the widget, it's just showing the 3 fields with nothing in the question/answer area. Pls see my attachment to see what I mean....you can see the question is there but nothing for them to answer.....

I did test your form and found that the "Bootstrap Switch Field" is not being displayed correctly. The issue seems to be happening only in safari browser. I did test it in one of my own form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having.
I cloned your form and tested it in other browser and it seems to be working fine. I am not sure what is causing this issue and I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Hello - the issue also is with Chrome and Firefox on my end....and on Android devices. Not sure what browser you used where it worked?

Please accept my apology.
I did test it several times in chrome and firefox and it seems to worked fine earlier but for some reason it is not working anymore. I have updated the ticket with the recent findings.

Hi @ellie123, I', not sure what really the problem is. When I test your form. It works fine for me. Every bootstrap switch field widget should give the condition a value.
Kindly check your conditions if they were actually showing/hiding the right questions. I saw that conditions are working because basically it can show and hide questions(look at the demo below). They can react on what the users picked because it should not be that way if its broken. I'm pretty sure that the problem is in the condition logic of your form. Please verify it.
- kindly please check it again. I tested it on FF,chrome, safari, android and IE browsers they seem to work just fine.

Hi @ellie123, I identified your problem and its seems it was causing by a known bug of widgets + page breaks or with widgets + show/hide conditions. There is nothing wrong with your conditions they seem to work fine, I just confused about the title sorry. Ashwin is correct sometimes the widget will only display a checkbox instead of fully showing the switch field.
A current work around for that is when it happens to display a checkbox only just press the Back button and then press Next again. The widget should show the full switch field.
Widget team is doing their best to solve the main problems with page break. Hopefully we can finish it soon.
Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

We can confirm that the show/hide conditions interaction with widgets is fixed.
We can also confirm that pagebreaks + widgets is also fixed - your form should show/hide each element as expected with no issues.
We have a small issue to work on with IE8, we'll update you once this has been fixed -
Thank you for your patience - please let us know if you experience further difficulty.

IE8 now works well with the Bootstrap Switch Widget.
We've also adressed the show/hide conditional logic with IE8 - so everything should be working fine now.
