Can you confirm that my account has been upgraded to allow a greater number of submissions?

I was able to check your account in our member database and I can see that it is currently upgraded to a Premium account. Please log out from your JotForm account and log back in again and see if the status is now changed.It may help to clear your cookies and cache as well.
