Revision History: Form conditions has disappeared

My Order Form suddenly had a TON of conditions that have completely DISAPPEARED rendering my form useless. I don't even know where to begin.

What would cause this and what is the fastest remedy?

Can you revert me to a version from 24 hours ago?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Have you checked your Revision History? If not, please do so. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. In your Form Builder, click the green circular arrow below your form's name.

2. Browse the versions and review the changes. Click Revert to bring back the old changes.

Thank you! That worked. What would be the cause of this happening? It's happened many times over where something just goes wonky out of nowhere. I'd like to prevent it in the future if at all possible.
