Problem sur formulaire - FRANCE - URGENT

Bonjour,

Nous avons créé plusieurs formulaires sur votre éditeur et souscris à une formule premium. Cependant, nous constatons un problème sur le formulaire nommé « Formulaire d'inscription ». Depuis chez nous, tout fonctionne normalement. Nous l’avons mis en ligne sur notre site depuis bientôt un mois, et personne ne s’inscrit. Nous recevons des mails de personnes qui disent ne pas parvenir à soumettre le formulaire.

Il est impératif pour nous de régler le problème rapidement, notre période d’inscription programmée est limitée et à déjà débutée !

D’après vous, d’où le problème peut-il venir ? Comment corriger ce disfonctionnement ?

I've translated your post, and what I understand is that your applicants or customers filling up your form can't make a successful submission?

I cloned one of your forms, here's the link, I tried the form and I received an email notification.

If your customer or applicants are having problem, please provide us a couple of details like error messages and screenshots, that would help us a lot.

I also checked the email you're using and it is not in the bounce list.
