Submission data getting deleted after uploading pictures

when people are trying to upload pictures to my new client form it erases all the other information that they have already put in

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I have tested the cloned version of your form, however, I could not replicate the problem all the information I provided was not deleted after uploading an image. Checkout the screencast below:

I've cleared your form cache as this helps fix temporary issues. Can you please test your form to see if it makes any difference?
