Change Email Notification Formatting

i'd like the contents of the notification email table to be top aligned.

how can i do that?

in the Table Properties, you can only change the horizontal alignment: left, center, right.

there tends to be a lot of information in the "Update content on the page" field.

so i'd like the field name at the top of that box, even with the top of the text that they've pasted in that field.

Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The one that you are trying to achieve is already working as expected in the email notification. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
