    Hi,

How can I manually send a reminder to an approver, with a link they can click directly, to approve a form?

To be clear - I don't want to set this up as an automated workflow; I want to go into a form and send a reminder to the person listed as approver for that form, so they can click on a link in the reminder email, which will take them straight to the form for them to approve (making it easy for them).

    Thanks

    Hi RBWHFImpact,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

Unfortunately, manually editing or sending a reminder email to an approver is not currently an available feature. I have forwarded this feature request to our developers however the request will be for approval and we wont be able to provide a timeframe. We will update you directly on this thread for any related updates or once the feature has been implemented.

In the meantime you can follow the steps below on how you can set up an automated reminder email to your approver:

Open Jotform Approvals, select the Approval email, and click on the Settings option

Select the Advanced tab and turn ON the Send Reminder Emails option.

Set the number of days on the Remind After option.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Thanks RBWHFImpact!

    Hi Rhina,

Ok that's a shame, it would be really useful to have that feature...

We'll have to follow them up manually then.

We've already got auto reminder emails on.

    Thanks anyway

    Hello RBWHFImpact,

Thank you for getting back to us. I really apologise for that but it has already been escalated to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.
