form does not STAY on the web site

    Hi, I have  2 forms as you can see in my account, both for autoparts. the mobile form works correct but the  larger form will show for 2 seconds on a normal screen pc but disappears shortly after that.

    what's is wrong with the program or file. please help. the customer does not like this.

    site in which the forms are use: www.brownsautosalvage.ca this has 2 versions 1 mobile and one for  table and larger so a semi responsive site.

    Hi,

    I do apologize for the inconveniences.

    I checked the website and the form is showing, although there are just problems with the height and positioning, but the form is there. Please see this article link: Which form embed code to use. Using a specific embed code for a specific platform may help.

    Also please see this link, iFrame Form Code, if you are using iFrame in embedding your code.
