Hi there,
When the person that fills out the Jotform receives their confirmation email that I've received it, it's missing all of the information under the "Marketing & Promotion" and "Additional Social Media Plan". In the confirmation email I receive, all that information is in there, just not in the email they receive. Can you let me know what I'm missing?

Hi Mear,
Upon checking your account and form. There might be some problem with the content of the email notification. Please check the steps below.
1. Email notification for the customer or form user
They have a different label tag.
Originally:
Marketing & Promotion {marketingamp19}
When you click the form field on the right side to re-add this will show:
{marketingAnd}
I tried filling in the form and making a submission. This is what I received:
