We use a lot of forms on our website. I get complaints from guests quite often that the page won't load and freezes. It seems to be more of an issue when they are using internet explorer. Is their anything I can do from my end to fix this?

I took a look at your website and everything loaded quickly for me, even in Internet Explorer there were no issues with it or waiting of any sorts.
From what I see you have one image which is not of a big size, but as all files are on your server they will need to wait for each file to be downloaded one by one. Since for security reasons all server limit the number of connections that can be made in the same time to your server what I would suggest is to replace the jotform source code with the jotform iFrame embed feature. Doing this they would be able to download the files from your server and our server in the same time making them load faster.
Now regarding one more, but very important thing. I see that you are collecting Credit Card details on your jotform and this is not something that we allow. The only way that you are allowed to ask for such details is to integrate the payment processor on your jotform which will be used to transfer those details to the payment processor.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
