When someone submits a form we receive an email -as we would like to - but the mail is empty ?!

I took a look at your jotforms and they seem to be properly set.
Since you have given us the link to the jotform that does not have any submissions made for it I presume that you mean that you got empty email notification from the other jotform instead.
Now can you please tell us if the jotform in questions is "ColorDigital Bestellformular" and if the issue is with "Notification" email or with "Benachrichtigung 2"?
I suggest testing the email notifications by pressing the Test Email button to make sure that you are getting your notifications sent to you.
This will however only send a notification to the email registered with the account, not to the email(s) set in the notifications.
