JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. All the forms are separated from each other. They have their own IDs, different submission URLs and submissions storage.
As an alternative to embedded forms and Page Breaks you might also consider using Form Collapses.
Thank you for your response, however, this is now a mute point in my original problem based on this answer.
The use of an iframe was an attempt to find a workaround for a problem I am having with the Configurable list widget, which all happen the be in form collapses.
