Several of the inventory widgets on the form as showing as blacked out with the message "We cannot complete your request". I have already tried clearing my cache, closing the browser and accessing the form in incognito mode, and still encounter the same issue. How can this be fixed?

Hi Kathryn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Quantity range wasn't configured correctly, as shown by my colleague previously. Let me show you how to fix it:
- Click on the Inventory Widget and select the Wand icon (Widget Settings) on the right.
- Under the Quantity Range, type 1-20 and click on Update Widget.

That does seem to be the issue, however, when trying to edit the widgets to change the Quantity Range, it will not save the update. In clicking the "Update Widget" nothing occurs. However, when I create a new Inventory widget, I can set it up as it should be. Is there any reason why the widgets would not allow me to make the changes?
