Yes I would like to proceed with you deleting the form that has suspended my account and to have my account back up and running please

We have removed the field in the form that collects credit card information using the basic form elements which is a violation of our Terms of Use. We also reactivated your account. You can now log in.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
