Prefill the Same Form with The Same Field Data

We are a specialist contractor in construction and have created an app (only a demo at this point) that our people on site can use to record daily activities. Because we are a specialist contractor we only have three distinct tasks that we do that we require our people to record. My issue is that the same task can occur up to 10 times per day for one project. Thus the date, project, customer details remains the same and do not want to complete the entire form for each activity. Is there a way that we can have one form where we can record multiple tasks on the same form. Please note that each task has its own form that need to be completed so the main form should link to separate task forms.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to create a prefill link and attach it to the Autoresponder email so form respondents can fill out the form again with the prefilled data. Here's how to do it:

2. Add the created Prefill Link in the Autoresponder Email. Here's a guide on how to set up Autoresponder email.
