    Are you pertaining to the header section where it has Jotform logo and the background is set to grey?

    It is just an image attached to the notification HTML settings. You can just remove the section in the image below if you want it to be white. You can also create your own background and just replace the background="" url of your own image. You'll have to host it on your site if you are going to create your own background image then use the url in notifications HTML settings.

    Hi Tom,

    You can not exactly change it as you would like to, but there is one hack to do it to show as you want.

    Add this to your email at the top:

    <div style="width: 100%; height: 100%; position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; bottom: 0; background-color: white; overflow-y: scroll;">

    Add this after all elements of the email:

    </div>

    Apply the first line as shown here:

    To come to this option you should go to your notifier and click on HTML button in the toolbar

    After adding this click on the Test email button and check your inbox if that is what you wanted to achieve.

    Do let us know how this goes for you.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    No, dont works....it remain a grey zone to the upper side and whwn you reply the email it goes grey.

    Why JotForm obliges the gray background?
    Why it's impossible to customize this background?

    Can you please share to us your form URL so we can clone and test it on our end. I'm not sure which of your Jotforms is the one you are currently editing the notification background. You have quite a number of Jotforms.

    Hi Tom.

    You are looking to change the BODY elements background color, which is not possible. The only way you can do that is to Setup your own server to accept the notification each time the jotform is submitted and then send an email from your own end (which would allow you to set it up in any manner you prefer).

    Now you should be aware that if you want to change that color because of the image that you have at the end of the email, you can either make that image have transparent background instead of white or to change the element the image is on to white.

    To do this you should set the table color to '#fff' instead of '#f7f9fc', this will still show light blue in the back around the table.

    Also since you mention gray color, this must be your outlook changing the color because our emails are sent by default using a light blue color.

    To accomplish the closest thing to what you want would be using the CSS code I gave above or these, which are identical (not same) to them like this:

    <div style="width: 100%; height: 100%; position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; bottom: 0; background-color: white; overflow-y: scroll;">

    <div>

    It should be applied in the same manner as described above so I should take a look at your jotform and create the change for you so that you can see if that is what you wanted to achieve.

    I have done this with a new notifier called "Ben - white background" and I have submitted a test email. Please let us know how the email came to you and if that is what you wanted to achieve.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hello tom268,

    Along with the div code which you have added, changing the table background color of your notification email alert should help you. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this works as expected:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42855519973974?

    Thank you!
