Netsuite integrations: How to submit form data to Netsuite accounting software

We currently use Netsuite as our accounting software.  I currently have a form that allows customers to submit an order to us and I am trying to get this data into netsuite.

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/CDICORP/mycolorshock

I am working with a developer who said he could probably use one of the Jotform Aps or integrations to get this info imported into Netsuite.

Anyone have any ideas on which apps or integrations might be useful?

He said if we could get the results submitted to a webpage he would be able to take that data and automatically import it.  I'm just not sure if there is a way to get this info submitted to a webpage?

    Hi,

While we do not support Netsuite integration directly we do however have few different approaches how this can be done for you to select from.

First Approach (no codding required, but seems that it might need some time to wait until the Zapier connects Netsuite and jotform - both of which are already available on Zapier):

Implement your jotform to Zapier. To do that you should take a look at this app here Zapier Integration.

You can also check our blog thread here: JotForm is now on Zapier: Send Your Form Data to 100+ Web Services which will give you a better insight into how to set it up.

Now after you do that you can use Zapier to connect your jotform data to Netsuite https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/netsuite/.

    Second Approach

This approach works just as you had described it in your post. It will send data to a page, so you would need to code the integration.

To do that you should take a look here Send POST Data From JotForm Using PHP in Custom Thank You Page.

Now I suggested the first option because if you vote for it on Zapier it will allow you to quickly integrate your future jotforms with NetSuite over it and it would not require some special codding from your side.

On the other hand as it is not available right away I presume that for now you will need the second approach.

If you have any issues or further questions do let us know and we will be happy to assist.

In the mean time I will raise this as a new feature to our developers to see if Netsuite integration would be possible.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

I checked out that link, but it doesn't look like Netsuite is supported yet?

    Hi,

    You are welcome.

Yes, as mentioned above, both apps are integrated to Zapier so if you vote it up they will connect the two internally - I do not know how long does it take for them to do this nor how many votes they need, but I do believe that every vote counts.

I am sorry if I added any confusion about this, I wanted to let you know of the Zapier option and to provide you with something that can be used now.

Now I have already contacted our developers so that they can see if this integration would be something that will be done soon, so if it becomes it would be similar as if the Zapier connects jotform and Netsuite by allowing you to click through the settings and connect them.

In the meantime you will need to set it up as you have mentioned in the your question and that is by following the suggestions mentioned by me in the Second Approach mentioned above.

Do let us know if you need help setting it up or if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hello-

As an update to my colleague's response, you can also use webhooks to send post data directly to any URL. It's easier to set up than the thank you page method.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!

Is there any update or document on this thread?

We are investigating the best form tool to integrate customer forms with our CRM Netsuite.
