Why don't I see the form on my site?

I copied the embed code, pasted it on the site and I just don't see the form at all.

WordPress stripped out the form embed codes. That is the reason why the form is not visible to the page. Please try re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Or, you can use our WP Plugin:
