To whom it may concern,
I was informed by one of my buyer that she has submitted order form yesterday but upon checking we have not received any in our email so i asked apology to her and requested to submit again. after she has sent the form, she messaged me again to update me. unfortunately, there is still no new form forwarded to my email so i checked my inbox here at your site. my buyer indeed submitted forms (1 yesterday and 1 today) but it was not forwarded to my email. why is it like that? how can we resolve this? it is very inconvenient that i have to log in and check my inbox here every now and then just to check if there is a submitted form. :( I hope you can help me solve this. Thank you!
