Email alert of passing the limit with less than 100 submissions made

I have the free version. It say that i have 100 submission for free. 

Today i got a mail whit an alert about the limit., but there is not 100 submissions

Hi Juan,

I checked your jotforms and since I see that you have been testing things out I have reset your SSL submissions count back to 0.

Now it is true that you have 100 submissions, but the FREE package limits are next:

You can either have:

100 submissions OR

10 SSL submissions (submissions made over secure link) OR

10 payment submissions

As soon as you get over the number above you are over the limit and your jotforms get locked down.

So basically if you have 80 regular submissions with 10 submissions over secure link and 10 to payment processors you have reached your account limit, but you will still not get locked down. As soon as you get 1 of any submissions made afterwards, you have went over it.

Now all limits are reset after a month is passed so you again have the same limits in regards to submissions.

The upload space limit never changes - as long as you are on Free package you can only use 100MB.
