I've update jquery and this hasn't fixed it, I've set height no joy there.
It's a multipage form, sadly you need to input some data into first page to get to second - on the second page though you see 2 images, there should in fact be 4 images and below these a 'next' and 'back'button.
Can anyone help identify (bet it something obvious) that I've missed that's causing the form to not load fully?

I do apologize that your form is not showing correctly. I took at look at your form and I am seeing the issue that you are experiencing.
Adding a scroll to the frame will allow your user to scroll down and see the enter picture and the next and back button.
Please replace your iFrame code with this code:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="http://form.jotformeu.com/form/42813598625363" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:5846px; border:none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need additional assistance.
