My form does not show on my Godaddy website. I'd like to create a form for Godaddy Web Builder. I copy and paste but can't see the form. I'm using the Website Builder V7.

    Thanks,

    Hi lathemtown,

If you are having problems with embedding the code, please see the following tutorial links that may help you:

Adding a form to your website

Which Form embed code to use.

We usually advise to use the iFrame code when embedding your code to a website. You can check this link: Getting the iFrame code

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

Still does not show the form. I had already tried the iframe code before I wrote you. I asked GoDaddy Customer Service they said their websites may not be compatible with Jotform. Their Customer Service agents do not know what Jotform is. But they said I was entering the code correctly. Please help.

    Hi,

It should be possible to implement your jotform on your GoDaddy website.

Please take a look at this forum post regarding the same issue http://www.jotform.com/answers/433722

In short it seems that the GoDaddy support were not able to implement it without the secure embed link.

You can see here how to do that inside of the GoDaddy V7 website builder https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/8347/designing-pages-with-website-builder-v7#html

If you give us the link to your jotform we can help you to get the proper iframe code.

If you want you can get it yourself by following these steps: Getting the Form iFrame Code

After you do remove everything in and including <script></script> tags. All that you should have is the <iframe> </iframe> and everything inside.

I would suggest checking if the iframe works without secure link and if it does not then to use secure URL.

I should add this note that secure URL uses your SSL submissions.

Do let us know how it goes and if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

    If finally worked. Thanks!!!!!

I used the secure link and I used only the part between <iframe> </iframe>.  Also I copied to Notepad before I pasted on my website.

    Thank you so much.
