    Hi,

Found this link while searching the forums.
    http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Also found a lot of forumusers discussing the problems with the spreadsheets not updating if they are manually changed. Is this problem fixed?

What I would like to be able to do:
    - Open spreadsheet and change a single value imported from the form.
    - Have this changed value remain changed after next integration from the form into the spreadsheet.

Or will this still break the spreadsheet integration?

    Thank you for your response!

    Hello Marcus,

You should not edit the headers of the integrated google spreadsheet. Editing the first row text will cause the integration to break.

Open spreadsheet and change a single value imported from the form.

Yes you can edit any cell value of your integrated google spreadsheet except the first row displaying the column header.

Have this changed value remain changed after next integration from the form into the spreadsheet.

When you edit a cell value, it will be saved permanently. When new submission records are copied to the integrated google spreadsheet, the changed cell value will remain intact. If you remove the google spreadsheet integration form your form and integrate again, it will create a new google spreadsheet and it will copy the submission data you have in your form which will obviously not have the edited cell value.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for quick answer!

Yes this answers all my questions and it looks like I will be able to build the function I am after with this :)

I'll probably be back in the future with more questions ;)
