How can I change my username

Hi,

 

I would like to change my username from my name 'myname' to my company abbreviation 'apg'.  I want to create cutom URLs for my forms but when i do it now it comes up 'http://www.jotform.us/myname/myform' with my name in the URL and i need it to display my company name since i send this out to customers.

 

Let me know if there is a way I can do this or if this can be done by JotForm support or if it can't be done at all and I have to create a new account to do this.

Hello Chris,

I understand that you want to change your account username chrisjsills to your company abbreviation apg. We change the username of your account for you. However, I see that the username apg is not available because it is already chosen by another user. Please provide us a different username (apgs is available if it is okay with you) so that we can change it for you.

Hi Kiran,

If APGSS is available use that first, otherwise APGSecurity will work as well and if not that then APGS. Do you need me to log off my account, can you make the change while I am logged in?

I have done this.

I have change your username chrisjsills to APGSS which was available.  

You need to relogin to jotform at http://www.jotform.com/login to see the updates.
