How to add form to my course and how to accept payments?

I need assistance with student registration form , on how to make sure it's the first step for student and how would I add it to my course as the first thing they will see, and I need to know how I can accept payments after registration?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You can add the form to your course by embedding it on your website or providing them with the direct URL of the form. There are different embed options that you can choose such as iFrame, Lightbox, pop-up, etc. You can find the embed code to use by going to your forms Publish Tab and Embed page. You can refer to this guide on which form to embed to use for your form.

As for the other option of using the direct URL of the form, you can find the URL of the form by going to the Publish Tab of the form and on the Quick Share. From here you can click on the Copy Link button where it will copy the URL above which is set to public for you to share directly with others to complete.

Now, for the collection of Payments, you can actually add a Payment integration on your form to collect payments after they completed the fields on it. This way you would be collecting the payment within the form itself. Adding a payment integration to your form is easy to do. Let me show you how.

• Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element button.
• Click on the Payments Tab and select the Payment integration that you wanted to use by clicking or dragging it on to your form.
