Jotform: Not receiving email notification

    I am not receiving my contacts in my email

    Hi Terry,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm if I understand the issue correctly, do you mean that the notification emails for your submissions are not being sent to the recipient email? If so, is this the form you're referring to?

    If so, I checked that form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipient listed in the notification. The email is also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from Jotform.

    Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email notifications. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
