Pre-Populated information from customer's PayPal account?

    I've got Firname, Lastname and email address fields in my fiel upload form.  Can these fields be pre-populated from the customer's paypal account details?

     

    Also, there is an order id field in my form.  Can this be pre-populated with the order id already generated by Shopify?
