Can't change the background on some of the forms I've created

    Hello, I'm trying to change the background on a few of the forms I've made but the option sometimes isn't visible. I've been able to change it before using "Form Designer > Custom" but now I'm not able.

    Can you help?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume that this is the form in question? If yes, I checked your form and this is the background image displayed. Please see the screenshot below:


    Can you please confirm if that's the right background image? I also cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue but everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:


    I've now cleared your form's cache. This will not affect the form data. Clearing the cache will get rid of temporary bugs. Can you please check if the form is now updated correctly?

    If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
