For whatever reason we have been having issue with our jotforms not being emailed and when I try to access the inbox it wasn't working either.

Hi Monica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Temporary Bus Stop Change Request Form 22-23 and can see that the PDF attachment is enabled. When I saw our email logs, I found that the attachment has been sent as a download link. This sometimes happens when the file can't be attached for some reason or if it's more than 5MB in size.
This typically solves itself but if the same thing happens again, let us know and we'll do some testing to see what's going on. I've also cleared your form's cache. Feel free to test your form and see how it goes.
