We are currently not receiving forms to our email or to our jotform account. Is everything okay with the site?

    Forms have been submitted by customers but we are not receiving them. Productionservices@sbts.edu is our email just in case you need to contact us.

    Hi there,

    We had a problem with a  DDoS attack that required changes on our IP addresses.
    The services should be back up and running and forms should be back to normal at
    the moment.

    If you or your form users are having problem accessing www.jotform.com because
    of DNS cache, you can:

    1. Use www.jotform.net to access your account
    2. Use form.jotform.com to link to your forms.
    You may follow this format, http://form.jotform.com/form/<11-digit Form ID>
