    Can't figure out how to modify the field like having a dropdown of the status

    Hello Julius,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. To edit an existing dropdown list, you can either:

    • Click on the little Edit Options link, which allows you to edit your list

    • Click on the cogwheel to access the Properties panel then click on OPTIONS and you can edit the different options of your dropdown list there

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Creating a dropdown list in JotForm Tables is easy. Let me show you how:

    1) In Form Builder, on the top left corner of the page, click on the Downward Arrow icon, and go to Tables.

    2) In Tables, click on + Add column heading.

    3) Select the Single Selection option, then click on the Next button.

    4) Under Enter a Column Name, enter your name, and click on Next.

    5) Enter the dropdown’s Options, and click on the Create Column button when you’re done.

    If you need to edit the options, click on the column heading’s down-angle icon, then select Edit Column Preferences.

    I just realized the Status in the table is a default column with formula which I'm not yet familiar so I followed adding single option. I'm good for now. thanks!


    P.S. I like this ticketing system, can you share if this can be done by Jotform or this is a 3rd party tool?
