Asked by eskerman on October 10, 2014 at 12:05 PM

On my form I am using Image upload and it works fine.

My question is can I have it set that allows multiple image uploads ( say to a max file size and max number of images ?

    Hi Paul,

Yes, that is possible to do.

You can see here the regular upload file button being changed to multiple ones instead: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42825242968968

If you like you can clone it by following these steps: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

    Now how to do it:

Click on your upload file button and check out the toolbar, it should show you few buttons that we will need.

Now once we do this we should set the number of files to be uploaded as well and the size

As you can see in the first circle, you can change it to allow multiple files to be uploaded here as well. Now the second one is of interest as it will allow us to select how many files we want to allow for uploads and the third circle tells us the maximum file size allowed.

You can play around with other settings on this screen to get it working just the way you intended.

Do let us know however if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi Paul,

i cant see the image uploaded and I am only seeing one upload box.. Do I have to clone as well

No, it should show only one field as it did.

Now I took a look at your jotform and tried uploading 5 images. Now once I added the 4th and tried adding the next one I got the red border notification, so that I know that I can not upload more.

If you try uploading to your jotform a file you will be able to see it first as a box under the upload file that says "Uploading..", then as a box with the file name and size.

If you want to upload the image and then preview it, that can not be done by upload file widget, but can be done with "Image Upload Preview widget", but it only allows 1 file per field.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

I have a problem: when many files are uploaded the button Submit is going down step by step. Finally, it disappears from the form. What can I do ? Thanks.

I see that you have opened your own thread in regards to this here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/520784.

We will be replying to it shortly and help you set it all up there since the issue is caused by the resizing of the jotform, not the upload field itself, but as mentioned, we will be replying to you shortly there and help you resolve the issue with your jotform.

    @parisexpat1

You don't have to have paid account, it is a standard option, just, our options view was updated so it looks differently, you can follow this guide to access it:

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!
