I am in Iowa, and currently, submissions are not being date/time stamped according to central standard time (it appears to be Eastern Standard Time as it shows a time an hour later than our own). Is there a way I can reformat this feature to reflect our local time?

To confirm, you would like to change the submission time on your JotForm to reflect your local time?
If that is the case. this can be done in your account setting. You can find your account settings by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right of the website. Under your name you will see "Account"
Once in account, you will have the "Settings options on the left.
You can change your time zone and your time format.
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance.
