Form has been restricted, can't login

    I was told that I have reached my capacity on the free version of JotForm, when I went to pay for an upgrade I couldn't find my password and the password reset feature fails to work.

    I have sent a password reset instructions to: please also check your Junk and Spam folder to see if it has been routed there.

    Once you receive it, please follow the instruction on how to reset your password.
