My forms have been disabled

I was getting a lot of spam jot forms last week from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and now my Jot Forms have been disabled. I have had this for years and years and have never gone over 100 per month. Not one of these forms was legitimate.

I don't need to upgrade because I don't get enough each month to do so.

What can I do about this?

    Dear soapman,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

    Hi Leslie,

I took a look at your jotforms and have noticed that you had 201 submissions. This is 101 submissions over the allocated quota for a free account.

I have changed your count to 60 instead of 201 and reactivated your account this time, but in the future you would need to wait for the month to pass so that your account counts are reset or to upgrade to a new plan.

Now looking at the jotforms I see why you are having these issues. First I would like to suggest to make certain fields as required. From what I have noticed the email and phone fields were skipped on some occasions.

I would also like to suggest using captcha on your jotforms and you can see here how to Add a Captcha to them.

Now instead of the regular email field I would also like to suggest to use the E-mail Validator widget which will require all that add the email to also confirm the email as they had added it. This is a great tool to stop spammer bots in submitting a message to you.

You can see here how to Add a Widget to your Form.

If you have any further questions feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
