I created two new forms today before all this DDoS stuff happened. They were working just fine, saved properly, and showing up in my list of forms. After forms came back online, the two I created today are no longer accessible nor do they appear under "My Forms." I spent a good couple of hours formatting these and I'm worried it's all for naught.

Because of the DDOS attack we had to change the ip addresses of JotForm.
Can you try accessing your account using http://www.jotform.net for now?
If the forms are still missing please send us the url of page where you
had it added or the form id if you happend to have those.
