How to send email alerts based on conditions?

Another question, is it possible to have an email alert sent to a specific email address based on a field selection such as a dropdown box?

For example it would be ideal if all form submissions are sent to the primary email address set up as notifier alert, but also sent to email address #2 if field selection is option #2, sent to email address #3 if field selection is option #3, etc.
