Hello my name is John Damon, I need some help because my account is locked, I am using this forms to work and it is really important to have this forms availables, could you please unlocked my account just for this month and I will not to use it, I just need to have the form information online.
And send me more information about the reason because locked my account in this case.

I see that your account is locked due to over limit. I notice that you have reached the limit of Secured submissions. I request you to check the form where you embedded the form with SSL enabled and re-embed without SSL so that you can continue receiving submissions.
To disable SSL, please uncheck the Secure form option from the Embed Form Wizard.
I've activated your account for now. Please be noted that this can be done only once per account.
