I cannot get a report to generate

    I am clicking "create report" and then "visual report builder" but then it isn't doing anything. We have a company account that I am part of and was told that I should be able to create them.

    Hello Megan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that your account is in Overlimit status as you have reached the monthly limit of the number of submissions allowed in the Free plan. Currently, you have 150 total submissions and the limit for the Free plan is 100 submissions and will only reset every 1st of the month.

    Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher tier plan to have more room for your submissions. Kindly check out this guide as well to Understand Your Account Usage and Limits.

    When the form was created it was created on my personal account. It was then moved to our work account so there are now no restrictions on submissions. That is why I don't understand why it isn't working.
