I'm in need of dire help. The last form I have circulating until today suddenly started to show that it was disabled when the customers tried to send it, not even open it in the first place. Then, a error message appeared and no one can send their forms.
I need to fix this today. As soon as possible.

I took a look at your jotform. The reason why you get these messages is because the jotform is disabled. You have set it to be enabled until October 10, 2014 at 9:00 pm.
Since today it is 11th it is not allowing any further submissions.

If you follow the steps found there you can change the date appropriately or remove the date check completely.
