Hi, I firstly want to comment on how great your product is! I have been looking for so long for something like this for my schools.  I was able to set up a form well enough, but I am having issues getting email alerts when forms are submitted. Nothing seems to be going through and I do not even see them in the junk or spam folder. All I want, is to just be notified when a form has been submitted. If it can include the responses, great, but its not a necessity.  Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi,

I took a look at your jotform and submitted a test email.

Both notifications seem to be correctly setup and work as they are. I also took a look at our logs to see if the emails have been sent and they are:

Now what I would recommend is taking a look here: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

This should be done on your email client and the webmail account if you are using both to access your emails.

The same way the notifications are set you can set the autoresponders. This is a great guide for that Creating a Form Autoresponder.

From the log above we see that the emails are sent from our end and received on your end. If you are still not able to see them in your spam/bulk/trash folders in neither the client nor the webmail account's folders than please follow the guide above for whitelisting the IPs and emails addresses and if that still does not work do let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
