Forms: Approving Submissions from Email

    Hi, I noticed the approval workflow is not working when the approver selects "Approved" or "Denied" from the email. The Approver has to log into Jotform to approve or deny for the workflow to progress. Can we research and advise on this issue as why the "Approve" or "Deny" is not working from the email to advance the workflow?

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I cloned your form for testing to see if I could replicate the problem, but everything seems to be working as expected. Check out my results below:

    I do see in your account settings that you currently have Require log-in to see submissions enabled, I would try disabling this and see if the problem persists. Let me show you how:
