How can I send emails to people who fill in form but do not make payment?

I have looked at payment options - it seems like JotForm only supports sending autoresponder and notification emails.  I want to send an email to registrant when they do not make payment.

In short you will need to create the autoresponders you would like to use: Creating a Form Autoresponder.

Following that you will need to setup different conditions based on what you want to accomplish: how to send to a specific email address based on a selection.

After this is set up to your liking you will need to do one more thing and that is to test it out and in case it is not working or you need help setting it up we are here to assist you, just let us know about it.
