Iframe Embed widget: Some elements are missing

Hi.
I have an iFrame embed widget on my form and it is conditioned to show upon the user selecting a check box to show it.
All seems fine in the form itself when editing but the live form does not show the iframe content at all.
I've tried it in firefox & chrome and both with the same result.  The space for the content reveals but there is nothing displayed.

This is set up on the last page of the form.

I took a look at your jotform and I believe that everything is shown on it. Can you please let me know if this is true?

That is what I see on the last page.

If the screenshot shows everything properly, but you are still experiencing the same issue, please let us know on what element this happens.

Yes, by the looks of things it is working fine now, although I have done nothing to fix it.
